Sometimes, it's good to sandwich the good with the not-so-good, so, to start things off, a little bit of "not-so-good."
Due to scheduling conflicts with our speakers and to continue the best of the best, we will be postponing next week's “Future Proofing Your Brand" event, but don't you worry; we'll have an update on that soon.
Beyond that, if you're in the LA/OC area, we'd love to see you at all the upcoming events this month: the Coast Summit and Coast Film and Music Festival in Laguna Beach, and ComplexCon in Long Beach, which we are helping to produce ComplexCon(versations) once again. To keep the good news continuing, we'd love to introduce you to Tyler, who is heading up content here at Group Y! You have probably met him several times at various Group Y events. He is the reason why you've seen your face across our social platforms, so we'd like you to learn a bit more about Tyler Render!
Tyler embarked on a cross-country journey from Boston to California with a skateboard and a sewing machine to kickstart a brand. Through it all, he's not only fallen in love with CA but has found himself even more involved in the industry. He has been a member of Group Y ever since seeing a few events on YouTube and had this to say about his time.
"Group Y provided me a unique opportunity to connect with industry experts that I wouldn't typically have access to. Also, delving into founders' narratives about their brand's inception and gathering valuable insights from their past missteps and achievements, the platform has afforded me invaluable experiences and knowledge. "
